Learning & Development

As part of adding value to our people, our L&D team focuses on employee enablement in the areas of new hire assimilation, professional skills development, leadership development and Hi-Po enablement. As part of the Performance Management initiatives, we focus on continuous performance management conversations and empowering our managers to be coaches. We also run a full-fledged Toastmasters Club creating a safe platform using their learning paths to develop great orators.
