This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) describes prohibited uses of [24]7.ai, Inc.’s (“we” or “[24]7”) platform and other related services (“Services”) by any entity ordering Services under a written agreement or any individual or other end user accessing the Services (“you”). The AUP may be revised by [24]7 from time to time and it shall be your responsibility to check and familiarize yourself with the contents of this AUP. Some of the examples described in this AUP are for the benefit of understanding and are by no means to be considered exhaustive. In case of any violation of the AUP by you or by any other individual whom you authorized or helped to do so, [24]7 may suspend or terminate your use of the Services in addition to any other rights held by [24]7 under the agreement for such Services.
You agree to not misuse the Services. You agree that if you become aware of any violation of the AUP, you will immediately notify [24]7 and provide assistance as requested by [24]7 to stop or remedy the violation.
Illegal or Harmful Activities
You agree not to attempt to, and agree to ensure your representatives or end users do not attempt to, use, or encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to use the Services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive use, or to transmit, store, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or offensive.
Application and Data Security
You agree not to attempt to, and agree to ensure your representatives or end users do not attempt to, use the Services to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or database or computing device, including by way of unauthorized access, interception, falsification or disabling/harming of the Services.
Network Security
You and your representatives or end users shall not make network connections to any users, hosts, or networks unless you have permission to communicate with them. You agree not to attempt to, and agree to ensure your representatives or end users do not attempt to:
- engage in monitoring or crawling;
- carry out or in any manner assist in denial of services attacks;
- interfere (including by way of mail bombing, news bombing, broadcast attacks, or flooding techniques) with proper functioning of the Services;
- use the Services for activities including, but not limited to, open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive domain name servers; or,
- in any manner, avoid or circumvent the restrictions or safeguards implemented by [24]7.
Messaging
You agree not to distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass e-mail or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (i.e. spam), including commercial advertising and informational announcements. You will not alter or obscure mail headers or assume a sender’s identity without the sender’s explicit permission. You will not collect replies to messages sent from another internet service provider if those messages violate the AUP or the acceptable use AUP of that provider.
Monitoring, Compliance and Enforcement
[24]7 shall have the right, but does not assume the obligation, to:
- investigate suspected or reported violations of the AUP or misuse of the Services; or
- remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates the AUP or any other agreement we have entered into with you for use of the Services.
We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer information. We also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of the AUP.
