Leonard Stephens

Chief Human Resources officer (Cloud Business)

Leonard Stephens is Chief Human Resources Officer for [24]7.ai, responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resource strategy. Prior to joining [24]7.ai, Stephens was Chief Human Resources Officer at Globalfoundries Inc., where he created and implemented an integrated talent management system and accelerated professional development. Prior to Globalfoundries, Stephens spent 16 years at Leap Wireless/Cricket Communications where he created and led the cross-functional team that designed, developed, and established the company’s mission, vision, and values. He has also held HR leadership roles at Qualcomm and Pfizer. Stephens holds a B.A. in political science from Howard University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.

Vivian Robarts is the Vice President of Strategic Global Accounts at [24]7.ai, where she spearheads growth initiatives and cultivates client relationships to drive expansion opportunities. With a steadfast commitment to transformative change and elevating customer experiences, Vivian leads a team of Account Management Professionals overseeing diverse industry vertical accounts.

With over thirty years of leadership experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), encompassing contact center operations, sales support, and sales management, Vivian consistently delivers exceptional results through strategic planning and client collaboration.

Vivian holds academic credentials in Business Administration and Information Security, reflecting her comprehensive expertise in business management and cybersecurity.

PV Kannan has been leading the revolution to make customer service easy and enjoyable for consumers, from his first company which developed the first generation of email and chat solutions, to now developing a big data predictive analytics platform, creating omnichannel solutions for the web, mobile, chat, social, and speech IVR, and innovating mobile-centric applications.

PV has been a thought leader in global customer service and has been featured in the books, The World is Flat and That Used to Be Us by Thomas L. Friedman, India Inside by Nirmalya Kumar and Phanish Puranam, and Reinventing Management: Smarter Choices for Getting Work Done by Julian Birkinshaw.

PV Kannan co-founded [24]7.ai in 2000 and has been leading the revolution to make customer service easy and enjoyable for consumers. In 1995, PV’s first company, Business Evolution Inc., developed the first generation of email and chat solutions. The company was acquired by Kana in 1999 and PV became part of the management team. At [24]7.ai, PV was a pioneer in integrating customer service technology with business process operations to improve all aspects of the customer experience. PV has been at the forefront of customer experience from creating contact center agent services, developing a big data predictive analytics platform, creating omnichannel solutions for the web, mobile, chat, social, and speech IVR, to innovating mobile-centric applications. PV is on the Board of Directors for Achievers. He has over 20 patents (issued and pending). PV has degrees in accounting and finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Animesh Jain

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer at [24]7.ai, Animesh Jain is responsible for Global BPO Operations along with Strategy and Marketing functions. In this role, Animesh focuses on growing revenue profitably for the organisation, expanding operations to new geographies, supporting the sales organisation and building high-performing teams through a strategic talent management framework.

Animesh has more than 37 years of experience in the Services Industry including 20 years in the Outsourcing Industry. He has spent almost 19 years in various leadership roles at [24]7.ai including his tenure as the Chief Delivery Officer for India and the Americas and the Chief Strategy Officer. He has helped build a world-class delivery organization to achieve business metrics and enhance the consumer experience and massively contributed to the digital transformation of CX for various clients.

Under his leadership, various teams have firmly established [24]7.ai sites as Great Places to Work and won several recognitions and laurels for high performance and inclusive work culture.

Before joining [24]7.ai, Animesh held leadership roles at Genpact and NIIT. Animesh holds a Master’s degree in Economics from The University of Mumbai (India).

Shanmugam Nagarajan

Co-Founder and Chief People Officer

S. Nagarajan is the recipient of the ‘IT People leadership award’ by NDTV and DNA magazine.

Prior to co-founding [24]7 in 2000, Nags co-founded Business Evolution (BEI), an integrated customer interaction technology company. He also served in various senior management positions in companies such as COMSYS, Churchill Insurance Company Ltd. and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

S. Nagarajan, ’Nags,’ is a co-founder of [24]7.ai and has been instrumental in building the [24]7.ai culture. In his current role as Chief People Officer, his main focus is to recruit and develop the top talent for [24]7.ai’s global, 10,000+ person organization, and to ensure that the company values of respect, transparency, ownership, results, and teamwork are integral in how we operate our business. Before co-founding [24]7.ai, he co-founded Business Evolution Inc., a leader in integrated CRM Solutions for the eCommerce market, in Princeton, New Jersey. He has served on several leadership committees like the NASSCOM’s Executive Committee and is a frequently-invited guest speaker to many leading business schools around the world. Nags began his career in IT with Tata Consultancy Services and later held various technical and senior management positions in the US, Europe, and India at companies such as Comsys Technical Services, Churchill Insurance Company. Nags has a Master’s Degree in computer applications from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and a degree in statistics from Loyola College, Chennai.

Nina Nair

Chief Human Resources officer (BPO)

Nina oversees HR and Learning & Organizational Development (L&D and OD) across India and Americas for [24]7.ai’s services side of the business. She spearheads the mandate to create a vibrant, people-centric organization across two distinct geographies and cultures. As an HRD leader, she plays a key role in shaping and developing organizational agenda & HR policies of the organization.

Nina has a rich experience of serving in the not-for-profit sector. Prior to her current association with [24]7.ai, Nina was the Chief People Officer at Indian Institute for Human Settlements. She was also actively involved with and served on the Board of the Live Love Laugh Foundation , an organization that focuses on Mental health awareness and the de-stigmatization of mental Illness.

Nina was a teacher for 16 years prior to coming into the Corporate world.

She has a Degree in Economics and a degree in Education.

Rienzi Ramirez

Chief Financial Officer

Rienzi Ramirez has over 22 years of experience in the outsourcing industry. With 17 years in [24]7.ai, Rienzi has a deep understanding of what it takes to provide strategic operational and financial guidance to grow the business as the Chief Financial Officer.

In the past, Rienzi served as Country Manager for [24]7.ai Philippines, and then as the Chief Delivery Officer for Global BPO Operations, where he was responsible for overall geography strategy, hiring, people engagement, and delivery. He has been successfully overseeing a workforce of over 14,000 people across the Philippines, Latin America, and India serving top organizations in the US and Australia, contributing to his acute business acumen.

Rienzi’s forward-thinking approach has propelled the organization to success, as recognized by multiple awarding bodies, including Great Place to Work along with other recognition in the region. As a testament to Rienzi’s leadership, he has been recognized as one of the Outstanding Leaders in Asia by the Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Award, Outstanding Leader by Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA), CMO Asia’s Best Philippine Leader in 2021 and is part of the recent Top 50 Rising Tigers of the Asia Pacific.

Before joining [24]7.ai, Rienzi held leadership roles at Concentrix (formerly Convergys) and Ibex Global (formerly TRG). He is formally trained with a BA in Quantitative Economics, with two postgraduate degrees a Masters in Industrial Economics and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

Dan Reed

Chief Customer Officer

Dan Reed, Chief Customer Officer, is responsible for the sales teams, revenue and account management and the overall health of [24]7.ai’s customer relationships. Having joined the company in 2012, he also founded and still leads the Customer Advisory Board and actively participates in business reviews, customer strategies and innovative leadership to drive value to customers. Prior to [24]7.ai, he was Executive Vice President of Voxify, President of CenterPost Communications, and Senior Corporate Vice President of TTEC. Dan holds a BS and BA in mathematics and economics from St. Olaf College and joined the MBA program of Drake University.

General Manager, Products & Cloud Business

Jeetu Narayan, General Manager, Products & Cloud Business at [24]7.ai, leads the global product strategy, driving transformative initiatives that leverage the power of AI for fostering innovation and improving operational efficiencies. He oversees a diverse team of business leaders, product managers, engineers, and data scientists, all dedicated to enhancing customer experiences with state-of-the-art cloud solutions.

Prior to [24]7.ai, Jeetu served as the CEO of Cubeware GmbH and held several management positions at major enterprises including Microsoft and Adobe. He completed his post-graduation in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and earned a master’s degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani.

Ram Shriram, ranked no. 3 in the Forbes Midas List for the year 2009, is a leading angel investor in Silicon Valley.

Ram is the founding member and Director of Google, Inc. and member of the board of Paperless Post and Yubico. He is also a trustee of Stanford University. Prior to starting Sherpalo Ventures, LLC, he was the VP of Business Development at Amazon.com. He joined Amazon.com in August, 1998, when Amazon acquired Junglee an online comparison shopping firm, where Ram was serving as the President.

George Shaheen’s distinguished career in the technology industry spans over 30 years. He serves on the boards of NetApp, Korn/Ferry International, Green Dot and Marcus & Millichap. George is currently a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Genstar Capital, LLC.

George has also served as the CEO of Siebel CRM Systems, Inc. and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He has served as an IT Governor of the World Economic Forum. George is a graduate of Bradley University with a BS and MBA. He has served on the Bradley University Board of Trustees and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Advisory Board.
