When I started as a trainee at [24]7.ai, I never knew what the future held in store. I was impressed with the trainers - the way they connected with us, and how they made us feel comfortable. When there was a need for a relief trainer 9 months later, the training manager approached me, because he remembered my aspirations to be a trainer from my own training days.

The new role opened up new opportunities. I was a part of a small team that was sent to our centers in Manila to get trained and migrate one of the largest telecom programs we have today. Training in the Philippines, getting to know their culture and food were wonderful experiences. It was also the first time I was exposed to the world of chats. I had never imagined that you could deliver quality customer service through chat. It was a paradigm shift for me.

I was later realigned and tasked with creating training content and train the pilot chat batch for a retail program. It was also the first time the client had opened chat as a medium of communication for their consumers. Once the benefits of chats became evident, there was growth – in the number of training batches year on year for the program, and from training to managing training teams for me. 

Being exposed to chat also opened up opportunities for me to train new clients on our [24]7.ai Chat platform. With it came more travel opportunities. I have visited Manila, Manchester, Hong Kong, Cebu, Mumbai and Pune without spending a penny from my own pocket.

Through the decade, I have been with [24]7.ai I underwent many leadership training programs, been involved with CSR activities, D&I activities, photography club and have been monthly champion, quarterly champion, recipient of Center Head Rewards and rewards and recognitions from clients.

All this was possible because I was always surrounded by wonderful people – great teams and great leaders. Teams who recognize you, become your second family and are genuinely happy to see you every day. And leaders who recognize your potential, present opportunities, nurture, support and help you grow.
